Queries Sent to Search Partners
When you enter a name, location, or similar detail in a search tool, that query is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Cherokee County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its receipt and handling of the query.
Emails and Contact Messages
If you email us or use a contact form, we retain the information needed to read and answer the message. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law, such as through a valid legal order.
